Thomas N. Klein
Tom is a graduate of Stanford University and has worked in the real estate business since 1982. He became a top producer at Grubb & Ellis after which he founded LA West Realty in 1984. He sold the company in 1989, moved to Northern California and joined MMI Realty Services where he and Carter Hemming developed MMI’s California portfolio. In 2003, Tom and Carter formed Crosspoint and together they co-manage the company. Tom and his family reside in San Rafael. |

D. Carter Hemming
Carter is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and began his real estate career in 1989 with The Grupe Company. He joined MMI Realty Services in 1991 and partnered with Tom Klein to develop MMI’s third party management and leasing portfolio in California. In 2003, he and Tom founded Crosspoint and together they co-manage the company. Carter resides with his family in Orinda.

John Mendelsohn, Board Member
John began his real estate career upon graduating from the University of Southern California, School of Business Administration. Since 1971, John has provided leasing services for a variety of major retail and office properties working for Tishman Realty & Construction, Milton Meyer & Company, Matlow-Kennedy, and the McEllhenny Group before founding MMI Realty Services in 1984. John is a member of Crosspoint’s board of directors and resides in San Francisco. |

Eric W. Anderson, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Eric graduated from Brigham Young University in 1986 and worked at Ernst & Young and Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro before joining MMI Realty Services in 1998 and then Crosspoint in 2003. He is responsible for corporate planning, administration, property accounting, strategic financial planning and budgeting. Eric lives with his family in Walnut Creek. |

Courtney Jones, Portfolio Director
Courtney is a UCLA graduate and has worked in the real estate industry since 1992. She began her career with Transpacific Development Company and joined MMI Realty Services in 1995. Courtney transitioned to Crosspoint in 2003 and, together with Tracey O’Neill, oversees the company’s property management and leasing operations. Courtney lives in San Francisco. |

Tracey O'Neill, Portfolio Director
Tracey is a graduate of UC Davis and joined MMI Realty Services in 2001 and then Crosspoint in 2003. Together with Courtney, Tracey is responsible for overseeing the company’s property management and leasing functions. Tracey lives in San Francisco. |
